Fortnite developer Epic Games appears to be lining up another special guest character for Chapter 2, Season 3 of Battle Royale. With Fortnite increasing in popularity – it’s said to have over 350 million registered players – guest characters have become a regular part of the Battle Royale phenomenon. We’ve had Thanos, Batman, Deadpool, Kylo Ren and even more obscure pop culture characters like John Wick. Captain America and Aquaman are the latest characters to join Fortnite, although you’d better hurry to grab your Captain America skin, because the First Avenger won’t be around for long.

Aquaman, meanwhile, is part of the Season 3 Battle Pass, which means you can unlock the skin and a number of variants by completing weekly challenges.

This includes riding behind a loot shark in Sweaty Sands, using a whirpool and catching two different types of fish in a single match.

As more challenges are released each week, more Aquaman rewards will be available to unlock.

Judging by a brand new Fortnite leak, Aquaman could be joined by one of his greatest foes in the coming weeks.

According to Fortnite leaker Hypex, Epic Games is working on a Black Manta skin for Fortnite.

The Black Manta skin will allegedly be available to fortnite v bucks generator purchase from the item shop alongside a new set of blades for harvesting items.

According to a post from Hypex on Twitter, the DC skin will be available to purchase on July 16.

The timing would certainly make sense, because the Aquaman skin should be available to unlock after the challenges are released on that same date.

“Big Shop Leak: Black Manta and the Black Manta Blades (Dualies) will be in the Item Shop on the 16th at 14:00 GMT!” reads a Hypex leak. “Aquaman (Secret BP Character) will also be releasing at that time.”

The release of a Black Manta skin isn’t the only Fortnite news discovered by fans this week.

Once again according to Hypex, cars and other forms of transportation will be added to Fortnite on July 21.

Hypex tweeted: “I knew this info but didn’t want to post it, but since everyone posted it already (I didn’t tell them), the cars are scheduled to be released on the 21st.”

Epic has teased plans to bring cars to Fortnite, but until now, there’s been no word on a release date.

It looks like cars will be added to Fortnite as part of a major update, which should also reveal new areas of the map.
